Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Leicester is seeking an Area Sales Manager with specification experience in cladding and facades to drive major projects across the East of England. You will own the sales cycle, build relationships with contractors and specifiers, and operate in a remote, autonomous role with robust commission potential.

The position features a strong base salary, up to £90k OTE and £35k commission, plus a company car or allowance, 33 days holiday, Medicash and clear

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams or managing key accounts in construction or building products.
• Proven track record in specification-driven sales to contractors/specifiers.
• Willingness to travel across the East of England and stay away as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell EWI systems, cladding and façade products to a portfolio of clients.
• Travel across the East of the UK from Newcastle to Suffolk.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, specifiers and housing associations.
• Manage the full sales cycle and close major contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
