Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for cladding and facades based in Leeds. You will drive specification-led sales across the East of England, building relationships with contractors and housing associations, with a generous commission and strong progression opportunities.

The role offers remote working with one day in the office and regular meetings, an attractive base between £50k–£55k, plus £90k OTE and up to £35k commission, plus a company car/allowance and

Qualifications

• Experience in specification selling for cladding or facades.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Selling EWI systems, cladding and facades to varied clients.
• Traveling the East of the UK from Newcastle to Suffolk.
• Develop new relationships with contractors and specifiers while maintaining existing ones.
• Mon-Thu 8:30–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:30 (37 hours).
• Remote role with one in-office day and monthly sales meeting.
• Excellent commission up to £35K on top of base salary.
