Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Operations Manager in Loughborough to oversee the technical hub and lead large EWI projects. You will coordinate with Lab and Service Managers and directors, ensuring risk controls and maintenance are in place. A background in cladding and facades is essential.

The role offers a salary of £60,000–£65,000 plus a company car or allowance, 33 days of holiday, Medicash, progression and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Background in cladding, facades or walls.
• Experience in operations leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical support and operations.
• Liaise with Lab and Service Managers and directors.
• Manage the technical hub, services and risk.
• Oversee system maintenance and lead development of specifications.
• Work schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm (37 hours).
