Job summary

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex high-rise cladding and façade remediation projects. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance and on-time delivery for buildings above 18 metres.

The role requires a strong track record in remediation schemes, deep knowledge of Building Safety Regulator requirements, and experience managing Gateway processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cladding and façade remediation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thorough understanding of Building Safety Regulator and Gateway processes.
• Knowledge of Golden Thread implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-rise cladding and façade remediation projects safely and on programme.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee remediation works on buildings above 18 metres.
• Support preparation and submission of BSR applications.
• Understand and implement the Golden Thread requirements.
• Support projects through Gateway processes.
• Ensure delivery meets programme, quality, safety and compliance.
• Manage commercial and operational aspects with the wider team.
