Job summary

The Guinness Partnership seeks a Project Delivery Manager to join our central London office, with a mix of on-site visits, office work and some home working. You will lead the delivery of a varied portfolio of building safety remediation projects, coordinating budgets and contractor partners to ensure safe, compliant outcomes for residents.

You should have proven experience in cladding remediation, preferably on high-rise residential buildings, with strong stakeholder collaboration and resident

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering building safety remediation including cladding.
• Experience managing multi-project budgets, contracts and value for money.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a varied portfolio of building safety remediation projects.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, budgets and contractor partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and with resident outcomes.
