Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking experienced digging and civils teams to support a major water smart meter installation programme across the region. The role involves excavation, exposure of water mains, and assisting meter installation teams to meet strict health and safety standards.

Applicants should have civils experience in utilities, water or telecoms, NRSWA accreditation preferred and CSCS cards. Owning transport and tools is advantageous for timely site access and workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in utilities, water, gas or telecoms civils works.
• NRSWA accreditation preferred.
• Valid CSCS cards.
• Street works experience required.
• Own transport and tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Excavation and reinstatement of footpaths, verges and highways.
• Exposure of water services and mains.
• Assisting meter installation teams.
• Backfilling and reinstatement to specification.
• Compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
