Job summary

Adler & Allan in Ipswich is seeking a Civils Team Leader IMR to oversee on-site drainage and civil works, coordinating operatives and engineers to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality workmanship. You will be accountable to the Supervisor and lead small teams, ensuring safety protocols, accurate reporting and strong customer liaison.

You will work on a 1-4 on-call rota over a 7-day cycle, hold a CSCS card and a full UK driving licence, and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small drainage or construction teams.
• CSCS card and good understanding of health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site drainage or civil works to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate workload with engineers, supervisors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and risk assessments.
• Record work details accurately and maintain a clean site.
• Attend toolbox talks and training updates.
