Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a Civils Team Leader for on-site drainage projects in Stowmarket. The role is permanent/full-time with a competitive salary and company benefits. You will lead operatives, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and coordinate with supervisors to deliver efficient site operations.

Responsibilities include attending toolbox talks, reporting incidents, and maintaining site records. Travel to various sites and occasional call-outs are involved, requiring a proactive, reliable

Qualifications

Experience running small drainage or construction teams.
CSCS card or equivalent.
Solid health and safety practices on construction sites.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physically fit for manual labour and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site drainage or construction works to high standards.
Work according to site supervisor instructions and site safety rules.
Coordinate workflow with engineers and supervisors to meet objectives.
Record details of work undertaken accurately.
Interact with customers professionally and liaise with clients.
