Job summary

RSS Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. The role covers RC works, concrete slabs, steel fixing, fencing and site access construction, including steps and walkways.

The ideal candidate will supervise site teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety standards, and coordinate resources to deliver on programme. Rail experience is advantageous; PTS training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Civils Supervisor / Site Supervisor / Civil Engineering Supervisor.
• Strong RC, slabs, steel reinforcement and fencing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS Gold Card and SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving Licence and PTS.
• Rail Civils or Rail Infrastructure experience.
• Temporary Works awareness.
• First Aid at Work.

RSS Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with experience in reinforced concrete (RC) works, concrete slabs, steel reinforcement, commercial fencing, and site access construction, including the installation of access steps and stairways.

Working across construction and infrastructure projects, you will supervise site teams, coordinate resources, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Rail experience is advantageous but not essential, and PTS training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Experience working as a Civils Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor.
