Job summary

Precision Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Civils Groundworks Working Foreman to lead a small external groundworks package on a Manchester project. You will supervise two gangs, organise daily workloads, and ensure works progress to programme while also performing hands-on duties as required.

Requirements include proven civils/groundworks supervision, kerbing, edging and block paving experience, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, and a valid CSCS card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Civils / Groundworks Working Foreman or Supervisor.
• Strong Civils and Groundworks experience.
• Experience with kerbing, edging and block paving.
• Previous experience supervising Groundworkers SSSTS or SMSTS.
• First Aid
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Happy to work hands-on alongside the Groundworkers when required.
• Reliable and capable of managing a small team effectively.

Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Civils Working Foreman / Supervisor to work on a new build construction project in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing a small external groundworks package around the new building, which will include kerbing, edging and block paving. This is a hands-on Working Foreman position. You will be supervising two gangs of Groundworkers, managing the day-to-day works and ensuring the package progresses to programme, while also mucking in with the lads and carrying out groundworks yourself when required. Working alongside the Groundworkers and carrying out hands-on duties when required.
