Job Title: Civils Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage site staff and subcontractors
• Prepare safety documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits, and conduct Toolbox Talks
• Perform quality inspections and complete Inspection and Test Plans
• Order plant and materials
• Compile documents and As Built Records
• Manage costs and project timelines
• Supervise Temporary Works
• Maintain records and write reports
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as required

Skills & Experience

• SSEN Cat 3 Authorization (preferred)
• Recognized Civil or Electrical Qualification
• CSCS or EUSR card
• Temporary Works Coordinator certification
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification
• First Aid at Work certification
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to lodge away when required
