Job summary

Cormac is recruiting Civil Operatives 3 to support surfacing and civils contracts in the South West. You will undertake specialist manual civil engineering tasks including concreting, drainage, masonry, kerbing, patching or machine paver operation to specified levels.

We welcome positive, enthusiastic individuals with civils experience and a driving licence. The role is permanent, based in Redruth/Bodmin with 45 hours per week and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic individuals who have a love for asphalt.
• Experienced civils operatives with some tarmac knowledge
• Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Work as an efficient team
• Ensure all plant and equipment is checked, safe and maintained
• Ensure PPE is worn at all times and is kept clean
• Provide support and encouragement to less experienced operatives
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard of quality
