Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with minimum 5 years post-chartership.
• Chartered MIStructE or MICE membership.
• 15+ years' professional project design experience.
• Extensive project experience across building structures and civils.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects across both disciplines.
• Delivery of projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Leadership and people-management capability.
• Established industry contacts network.
• Ability to identify, develop and win new business.
• Commercial awareness to grow the consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project teams and provide leadership and technical direction.
• Act as senior client contact for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and represent the consultancy at senior level.
• Identify new opportunities and build client relationships.
• Generate and secure new project opportunities from industry network.
• Support strategic growth and business development.
• Contribute to fee proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Help develop market presence and reputation.
• Mentor junior and senior technical staff.
