300 North Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead civil engineering, remediation and earthworks projects in Scotland. You will supervise direct labour and subcontractors, coordinate plant, materials and site resources, and ensure work is delivered to high safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading drawings and RAMS, strong communication and organisation, a valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project locations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between project locations.

• Supervising direct labour, subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and site resources.
• Delivering site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with RAMS.
• Monitoring productivity, quality and progress against the programme.
• Checking completed works against drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining accurate site diaries, timesheets and inspection records.
• Reporting progress, delays, defects and site issues to management.
• Assisting with snagging, completion and project handover.
