Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in a site supervision role within civil engineering or construction.
• Experience on solar, battery storage, wind, utilities or energy infra is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and method statements.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day civil and earthworks activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and plant to ensure efficient delivery.
• Monitor construction activities against drawings, specifications, method statements and programme requirements.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, foundations, access roads and associated infrastructure works.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with RAMS, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve construction issues; escalate technical or programme concerns as needed.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor materials, plant and labour requirements to support delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
