RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to oversee United Utilities projects across England. You will bring a strong civil engineering background and proven water infrastructure site experience to deliver schemes safely and on time.

Ideal candidates will manage site teams and subcontractors, run toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS, health & safety compliance while coordinating labour, plant and materials. A full UK driving licence and CSCS are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Black or Gold) required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience on United Utilities schemes essential.
• Water treatment or water infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong civil engineering background expected.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee delivery of water infrastructure works.
• Liaise with United Utilities clients.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Manage RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials on site.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Monitor quality and maintain site records.
• Report progress to the Project Manager.
