Job summary

JobMatcha Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager for a major infrastructure project in the CA6 area. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.

The role requires a Black CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS, and at least five years of site management experience on civils projects, with a proven track record in civil engineering and infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Black CSCS Managers Card is essential.
• SMSTS is essential.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on civils projects.
• Proven track record delivering civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures and site management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations.
• Overseeing subcontractors, site teams, and supervisors.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and project stakeholders.
