Job summary

Gortmore Ltd are seeking a Site Engineer for a Civil project in the Glaslyn area working on groundworks, drainage and ducting on behalf of a leading contractor.

You will monitor setting out and dimensional control, ensure works follow latest design and specification, keep QA records and site diaries, and prepare ITPs/KPIs/RFIs. AutoCAD reading and setting out with laser/GPS equipment are essential; a vehicle and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience on Civils groundworks, drainage and ducting.
• Proficient with laser levels, total stations and GPS.
• Setting out and dimensional control to design specifications.
• Maintain QA records and site diaries; manage ITPs, KPIs and RFIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set out works and verify dimensional control on site.
• Monitor QA compliance and maintain the site diary.
• Coordinate information flow to the site team.
• Produce ITPs, KPIs and RFIs as required.
• Read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD.
