Pertemps Tm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects across the South West. You will drive delivery from early stages through construction and handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and design teams to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in civil/infrastructure projects. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer across the region.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects safely, on programme and within budget
• Leading site delivery teams and subcontractors
• Managing project programmes, resources and key milestones
• Identifying and managing project risks, delays and changes
• Working closely with commercial and design teams throughout delivery
• Managing client relationships and project reporting
• Ensuring appropriate quality and environmental standards are maintained
• Taking projects through to successful completion and handover
