Network Plus group at Claret Head Office seeks an experienced contract lead to manage end-to-end Civil activities, coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet client needs safely, on time and within budget.

You will lead a team on large-scale projects, ensure work is delivered right first time, maintain KPI targets, and develop safe systems of work while maintaining strong client service and reporting.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification or equivalent site management qualification.
• Knowledge of CDM and Temporary Works requirements.
• NVQ level 6 or equivalent qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Financial and commercial accountability is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team, manage delivery targets and hit budget goals.
• Ensure work is completed right first time and within programme.
• Coordinate with the contract team and Operations Manager to manage delays and progress.
• Develop efficient, safe methods and systems of work.
• Prepare Health & Safety reports and investigations as required.
• Drive continual improvement with operational teams, including root cause analysis.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met with professional service.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting and manage subcontractors as needed.
