Job summary

Green Frog Connect is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple civil engineering projects that support high‑voltage grid connections and power infrastructure across the UK. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Civils, you’ll own delivery from mobilisation to completion, ensuring quality and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience within civil, electrical, or contracting environment
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or NEBOSH, IOSH, or SMSTS
• Strong understanding of high-voltage power infrastructure, with experience in power and civil works
• Proven experience managing programmes, budgets, and subcontractors
• Confident stakeholder manager with clear communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight as required
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple civil engineering projects that support high-voltage grid connections and power infrastructure
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, programme and budget adherence
• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery from site mobilisation through to completion with focus on quality and compliance
