Job summary

VolkerWessels UK Ltd. is recruiting a Project Manager to lead build projects, driving safe, successful and profitable delivery from inception to completion. You will head site teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and champion safety, quality, programme and commercial goals across projects.

For complex schemes you may oversee multiple projects and help shape ongoing success. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management and delivering high standards in a busy construction

Qualifications

• Proven technical and project management abilities from a Build background.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations.
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work.
• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on exciting build projects and drive safe, successful, and profitable delivery from start to finish.
• Lead site teams and work closely with clients and stakeholders, championing health, safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.
• For larger or more complex schemes, oversee multiple projects and shape continued success.
