Job summary

VolkerWessels UK’s VolkerFitzpatrick division seeks a Building Services Manager for SE projects. You will take full responsibility for services packages across multiple schemes, coordinating with bid, design, commercial teams and subcontractors to deliver robust, value-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has MEP management experience, main contractor background, and strong communication with stakeholders. We foster competitive rewards and a safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager or M&E Manager.
• Main contractor experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience delivering education projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a regional portfolio.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the services packages across a range of projects.
• Involved with the bid and estimating teams at preconstruction stage to review feasibility, programme times and buildability.
• Work with the design and commercial teams and subcontractors to establish best practice, price and procedure for the schemes.
• Your input is essential to the successful delivery of the wider project.
