Barhale Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple civil engineering projects across the South Manchester and Cheshire region. You will manage costs, deliver to programme, and coordinate with Estimating, engineers and surveyors to ensure safe, high-quality completion and excellent client satisfaction.

You will drive site meetings, manage teams, and maintain comprehensive records while pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring compliance with Barhale procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex civil engineering projects from design to handover.
• Strong cost control, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and health and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Produce forecasts, monitor costs and report monthly performance.
• Deliver projects from design to completion with proper handover.
• Lead site meetings, manage stakeholders and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and risk management plans.
• Coordinate site investigations and procurement of plants and materials.
• Chase new clients and support tender activity where needed.
