Job summary

Infocus Resources is seeking an experienced project professional to lead a major civil engineering redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. The role focuses on driving programme performance, cost control, team leadership and client liaison.

The ideal candidate will possess a management qualification or degree, safety certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS), and experience with reinforced concrete and survey tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant management qualification or degree as listed
• SSSTS/SMSTS completed or in progress
• May be working towards Chartership with IStructE/ICE
• Experience in civils, groundworks, reinforced concrete essential
• Familiar with Leica survey equipment for setting out & survey
• Proven ability to lead client interfaces and manage project delivery
• Experience in RAMS writing and quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Programming works, commercial performance and resource utilization to meet programme
• Support implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Own and manage profit and loss with robust cost control and forecast reviews
• Ensure labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
• Ensure works delivered in accordance with the specification
