• Lead, supervise and mentor project team members and reportees.
• Monitor delivery against programme and construction methods; mitigate delays.
• Manage engineers and subcontractors to define works before start.
• Review daily diary records to ensure high-quality records.
• Support commercial forecast and resource planning.
• Promote BIM practices per BEP and ensure proper records for payment.
