Glanville Environmental in the South West of England is seeking a proactive Planner to join the Reactive Civils Team based in Exeter or Plymouth. The role offers permanent, full-time work with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will coordinate operations across multiple teams, manage schedules and resources, and ensure timely delivery of works. Ideal candidates will have planning or coordination experience in civils or utilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, self-directed

Qualificações

• Experience in planning, scheduling or coordination in construction, civils, utilities or similar.
• Good telephone manner and clear communication.
• Computer literate with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule and prioritise works per operational demands and risk.
• Coordinate resources including operatives, plant, traffic management and subcontractors.
• Allocate and manage jobs through internal systems and maintain schedules.
• Liaise with teams to support delivery of works and ensure operational visibility.
