Linsco are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their Civils & Build division on civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East. You will manage commercial aspects on projects from £1m to £15m and work with NEC3/NEC4 Contracts to maximise profitability.

Reporting to the Managing QS, you will procure subcontract packages, prepare cost reports and cashflow forecasts, handle valuations and final accounts, and maintain strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Experience with civil engineering, infrastructure or highways projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and NEC processes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Pricing, managing and negotiating variations.
• Producing cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Preparing client applications for payment and handling valuations.
• Reviewing subcontracts and final accounts with suppliers.
• Administering NEC contracts and managing risk and opportunities.
