Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of safety systems on civil engineering projects.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and delivery functions.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits on active project sites.
• Identify, record, and track non-conformances (NCRs) through to close-out.
• Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned.
• Support the introduction of new processes, technologies, and safe working practices.
• Liaise with site teams, engineers and management to maintain high safety standards.
