Zusammenfassung

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a full-time temporary basis in Norwich, England. You will support development and delivery of safety systems across civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The position requires NEBOSH (or equivalent), ISO45001 experience preferred, CSCS card and a driving licence. You will promote a proactive safety culture and carry out site inspections and NCRs.

• Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects
• Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits across active project sites
• Identify, record, and track non-conformances (NCRs) through to effective close-out
• Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned
• Support the introduction of new processes, technologies, and safe working practices liaise with site teams, engineers, and management to maintain high safety standards

Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support delivery across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects
• Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions
