Job summary

Arup’s Leeds Civil Engineering team is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Infrastructure group. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, delivering sustainable and resilient civil infrastructure across the UK.

You will contribute to city regeneration, rail and transport projects, and active travel schemes while collaborating with specialists across disciplines. A pathway to chartership and professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Experience with Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage or AutoCAD.
• Interest in BIM and automation in engineering delivery.
• Progress toward professional chartership (ICE or equivalent) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across an infrastructure portfolio.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, sustainable designs.
• Produce technical designs, drawings and reports to a high standard.
• Engage with clients and project teams to develop practical outcomes.
• Take ownership of defined elements and ensure quality control.
