The Civil Engineering team works on roads, public realm, drainage, utilities and energy projects across scale and complexity, collaborating with clients and internal teams through the full lifecycle from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/architectural/maritime/structural engineering or related field.
• Strong design and analysis skills for civil infrastructure.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in sustainable development and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn new skills and deliver high-quality work for a range of Clients; carrying out assessments, analysis and design from initial due diligence stages through to construction.
• Use specialist analysis and design software to develop and support the design process.
• Collaborate within wider project and Arup teams, specialists and directly with clients through good communication skills.
• Be conscientious in creating a sustainable future for all and shaping a better world.
• Apply digital methods and automation to improve and enhance the work we deliver, including measures such as machine learning.
