First Recruitment Group is seeking a Civil Field Supervisor to lead on-site civil construction activities on a contract basis in Immingham. You will provide field-based discipline leadership and ensure safe installation and commissioning of equipment in line with approved designs and schedules.

The role requires hands-on supervision of contractor teams, conducting safety audits, managing permits, reviewing progress and QA/QC, and coordinating with project planners to keep work on track and

Competenze

• Qualified trade background with civil construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and installation activities.
• Experience supervising contractors in industrial environments.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and permit processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
