Job summary

List Recruitment is seeking a Civil Field Supervisor for the Humber Refinery on a 6-month PAYE contract. The role is field-based, leading contractor teams and ensuring safe, on-schedule installation and commissioning in line with design drawings.

Responsibilities include safety audits, permit review, progress monitoring, and turnaround supervision, with a focus on resolving field conflicts and ensuring QA/QC compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified trade background required.
• CCNSG Safety Passport and IOSH Managing Safely training required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Planning and scheduling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site safety lead for contractor activities.
• Review and approve contractor permits.
• Monitor progress and update field plans.
• Support commissioning post-project.
• Provide turnaround supervision for project and maintenance scopes.
