Job summary

Edwards & Pearce Ltd. are seeking a skilled Civil Field Supervisor for a North Lincolnshire refinery project.

The role covers field leadership, on-site safety, and coordination of contractor activities to ensure timely installation and commissioning in line with design drawings and QA/QC records. The candidate will have a qualified trade background, CCNSG Safety Passport or IOSH Managing Safely, and strong planning, communication, and administration skills to manage multiple priorities on site.

Qualifications

• Qualified trade background.
• CCNSG Safety Passport and IOSH Managing Safely are preferred.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation is required.
• Experience supervising contractor workforces is essential.
• Planning and scheduling knowledge is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide discipline leadership in the field and ensure correct installation and commissioning of equipment to programs.
• Manage contractor safety on site and review permit docs.
• Carry out weekly safety audits and behavioural observations.
• Resolve field conflicts and ensure work is completed per approved drawings and QA/QC docs.
• Support pre-start-up safety reviews and commissioning post-project.
• Provide turnaround supervision for project and maintenance scopes.
