Construction Marine Ltd seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a 6-engineer team, shaping design delivery and driving innovation. You will mentor engineers, coordinate temporary and permanent works, and ensure compliance across projects, including rail frameworks, with a focus on building client trust and a collaborative culture.

You will bring Chartered Civil Engineer credentials, strong people skills, and extensive railway project experience, enabling you to advance CML’s reputable delivery

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer (ICE, or equivalent), with senior-level experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating design across temporary and permanent works.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop an established team of engineers.
• Oversee design coordination across a diverse project portfolio.
• Appoint and manage Contractors Responsible Engineers (CRE) and Contractors Responsible Managers (CEM) on Rail frameworks.
• Represent engineering capability in client and stakeholder relationships.
• Take ownership of engineering compliance and drive process improvements.
