Job summary

Arcadis is offering paid internships and placements in civil engineering across highways, rail, energy and water. You will be mentored while contributing to projects from local schemes to major international developments.

Expect exposure to real projects, site visits and multidisciplinary teamwork during a 10–12 week internship or a 12 month placement. You will engage with signposted training, aligned with Arcadis’ values, to develop technical and professional skills for your future career.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in a relevant subject (Placement & Intern only)
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required
• Comfortable with site-based working when required

Responsibilities

• Support civil engineering teams across highways, rail, energy and water.
• Contribute to projects ranging from local schemes to major international developments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs and ensure safety and quality.
