Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• At least two years' experience in civil engineering consultancy, focused on infrastructure and drainage.
• Experience with surface water and foul drainage concepts and design guidance.
• Proficiency in CAD, Civils 3D, MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare infrastructure designs for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Design surface water and foul drainage systems with calculations.
• Produce technical drawings, reports and supporting documentation.
• Use design software to develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, local authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support project delivery and manage design tasks to meet deadlines.
