Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its infrastructure and drainage team in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on developing skills across infrastructure, highways and drainage design, with exposure to residential and commercial developments.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, producing civil designs, drainage layouts and technical drawings, while building a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and project delivery.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering with interest in infrastructure and drainage.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a consultancy.
• Good understanding of civil engineering principles and communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil engineering and drainage designs for development projects.
• Support surface water and foul drainage design.</li>
• Prepare technical drawings and design information.
• Assist with infrastructure and highway layouts.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and other consultants.
• Develop technical knowledge through project experience.
