Qualifications

• 6-10 years of design experience in Civil Engineering and Roadway Design.
• Ability to obtain professional engineering license within 6 years.
• Experience in project management and client service.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects including roadways, highways, and sidewalks.
• Prepare construction documents for bid.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality.

Skills

Proficient with design software tools such as MicroStation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and other MS Office products

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform design services including site layout, grading, and drainage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
