A leading construction consultancy in Birmingham seeks an experienced Associate / Senior Associate to lead their Civil Infrastructure team. In this role, you will oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective delivery across a range of infrastructure assignments. You will also mentor junior engineers, support their professional development, and manage project delivery with regional and national clients. Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or similar.
• Professionally qualified to either CEng or IEng.
• Expertise in infrastructure design for multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in mentoring and managing workloads of junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil Infrastructure team in Birmingham.
• Oversee all aspects of client projects from inception to completion.
• Advise on delivery of regional and national infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues within the team.
