The selected candidate will possess strong expertise in highway and drainage design, coupled with a Civil Engineering degree and relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing projects from planning through to construction, collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Significant experience in highway and drainage design.
• Experience with design commissions for large land delivery projects.
• Ability to produce design packs for planning and construction.

• Meet with clients and authorities regarding project issues.
