Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a South-West residential civil engineering firm to recruit a Civil Engineer Graduate/Grad Structural Engineer. Based in Lymington, you’ll start hands-on training on design, calculations and surveying while supporting on-site activities.

You will shadow senior engineers, develop your career with on-the-job learning, and contribute to domestic build projects with a clear path to progression and a strong training focus.

Qualifications

• Completed civil engineering degree (no further education required).
• Full UK citizenship.
• Full UK driving licence.
