Job summary

RGB Recruitment is recruiting a Civil Engineer for a forward-thinking consultancy in Bristol, delivering detailed design and project delivery across drainage, highways, and infrastructure. You'll collaborate with Civils and Structures teams and help grow the Bristol office.

You'll lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor apprentices and graduates, and work toward IEng or CEng status, benefiting from supportive senior management and clear progression.

About the Role

As a Civil Engineer, you'll be involved in delivering detailed design work, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members including apprentices and graduate engineers. You'll work closely with both the Civils and Structures teams on a broad range of projects, across a few regional offices.
