Job summary

Stantec Inc. in Manchester is offering a Level 6 apprenticeship in Civil Engineering. You will learn hands-on, support feasibility through construction, and gain a Degree in conjunction with our Training Provider(s). You will work four days a week from the office with colleagues in the North West.

Applicants must achieve 112 UCAS points and GCSEs with maths and English at grade 5-6, and have unconditional right to live and work in the UK. A competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• UCAS points: minimum 112 across specified routes, including Maths/analytical science subjects.
• GCSEs required: 5 GCSEs with grade 5-6 in Maths and English Language.
• Right to live and work in the UK without time restriction.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities from feasibility through to construction with calculations, analysis and drawings.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other industry software to present design solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Provide technical input on civil engineering to the project team.
• Attend meetings and workshops with clients and colleagues.
