Job summary

Alexander Associates is seeking a civil design engineer to join a collaborative team. You will produce civil designs from concept to construction, covering drainage, highways, earthworks and external works, with attention to UK standards.

You will work with multidisciplinary professionals, prepare calculations and design documentation, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to project meetings and site inspections across residential, commercial, industrial or data-centre projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in civil design within consultancy.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage.
• Strong understanding of UK standards and regulations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial or data-centre projects.
