Arup in Manchester is seeking a Civil Engineer on a 12-month contract. You will contribute to planning, design and delivery of complex civil engineering solutions for hyperscale data centres, grid reinforcements, substations and transmission infrastructure.
The role combines office and home working, with a 3 days per week office presence and two days remote, and you will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, sustainable designs and deliver high-quality technical drawings,

On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Civil Engineer for a 12 months contract based in Manchester. Please note that this role is going to be hybrid with a mix of 3 days/week working from the office and the remaining days working from home.
You will be involved in the planning, design and delivery of complex civil engineering solutions for hyperscale data centres, grid reinforcement schemes, substations, transmission infrastructure and associated development works. These projects are at the forefront of investment in the UK and require innovative, sustainable and resilient engineering solutions.
