The successful candidate joins a multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 40 years' experience, working on residential, commercial, and retail schemes. Duties include infrastructure design, structural assessment, transport planning, and temporary works. Applicants should hold relevant engineering qualifications, demonstrate proficiency in design software, and possess strong analytical and communication abilities. This position suits someone eager to contribute to varied projects within an established team, supporting continued growth across the firm's three UK offices., As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure design solutions from concept through to construction. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed designs for highways, drainage and earthworks across a range of development projects.
• Preparing technical drawings and design information from initial concept through to construction.
• Undertaking Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and designing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
• Working on Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and assisting with report writing where required.
• A relevant Civil Engineering degree.
• At least one year's experience in a Civil Engineering role.
• Experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements/Strategies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroDrainage, along with Site3D and/or Civil 3D.
