Marston Holdings is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, provide clear guidance on where to park and stay active outdoors in all weather. The role entails independent work with accountability and a focus on community safety.

You will collaborate with local authorities, report issues promptly, and help keep traffic moving while maintaining fairness and a professional presence on the streets.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working alone for extended periods and value being part of a supportive team.
• Physically resilient and happy outdoors in all weathers.
• A high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Strong people skills with a calm, professional, approachable manner.
• Care about fairness, community safety and doing the right thing.
• Confident and consistent when dealing with challenges.
• Driving license preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely.
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.
