Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited, together with our NSL brand, is dedicated to keeping streets safe and fair for local communities. You’ll patrol streets and car parks, help the public with parking guidance, and report issues affecting access and safety on a daily basis.

This role is outdoor, weather permitting, demanding independence, accountability and calm, professional interactions with residents; it offers flexible shifts, full training and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weathers
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.
